I have Autel Model MD802 SN: MD8314007077. The tool reads the vehicle program is not authorized, please obtain the authorization. The SD card does contain all information following the last update, however the screen is locked on "please obtain the authorization" with or without the SD card. Thanks. 

  Thanks so much for the reply. Can you please advise as to how to renew my account and where I would need to go to to reload all of the software? Do I just sign up for a new account or is there another process for this. I tried looking at the website for the information but I could not find how to proceed in situations like I am encountering.
